VIP Coaching Intensive Series
Why We Can’t, How We Can
Do you ever feel like you have on foot on the gas and one foot on the break when it comes to accomplishing your goals?
You know what to do. You try. You set goals, put a structure into place, and you jump in with enthusiasm. For about 4 days…. Right? This workshop intensive will show you this has a lot less to do with will power and a lot more to do with the way our brains are hardwired. We have competing agendas going on inside of us. Learning how to work with your own brain and your own thought process is the key to lasting change.
This intensive is about YOU. You will work on your own issues and thought processes. You will come to understand how you arrived where you are today and how to get where you want to be tomorrow. It is an all day personal coaching session.
This intensive is about change… YOUR change...
