EXECUTIVE MENTORING
Executive mentoring with Tabula Rasa is a unique partnership. It’s all about your development and your goals, but you won’t be doing it alone! My role is to partner with you as foundation and support while you pursue your goals. I will challenge you in all areas and hold you accountable for what you say you want.
The higher up the executive ladder you are, the fewer people you have to talk to. Your words carry more weight than those below you. It’s no joke that it is lonely at the top. As a mentor, I provide the space where you can say anything out loud in complete confidentiality. When you have a safe space to work out your ideas verbally, you develop clear, actionable ideas and methods to implement them. Imagine your stress level reduced! We will look at your personality drivers that strengthen your performance, as well as the ones that are causing behavioral issues that interfere with your working relationships and productivity.
